AS PER NORMAL, IM TOO SHAGGED TO REPORT TOO MUCH AND COS I STILL GOT EOM TO FINISH!

ok first the bad news.

we lost 1-0 to 06S6B. oh well..

and we got thrashed in frisbee by a combined apollo class that i tink got disqualified?

NEVERTHELESS!

we did what no other class could have believed we would have done. we beat 2 classes in basketball today to make it to the semi finals where at this point of time i think we have a fighting chance against the teachers.

in the first match we were labelled as mega underdogs as nicoll, lawrence and timothy were out with injuries. it was not helped when tay injured his wrist and lawrence sprained his other foot. however, the class with the best spirit on the court won the game. after taking a 6-0, S6B fought back hard to level at 6-6, but from there, we never looked back, even clinching the game even though they came lessen the lead to 1 in the dying minutes. with all credit going to the team, nicoll and lawrence doing fantastic work up front and the rest doing equally impressive work defensively. we won the game 16-15 - an incredible results considering the odds stacked against us.

with help from rong kang and Mr wong *many thanks!* we managed to push the next game against S67 to 2 hours later which didnt exactly mean rest as we had to contend for frisbee and soccer.

the second match was fairly easier in which we won 14-6. the most incredible being we fielded a team of 5 injured people in the second half. and yet we prevented them from scoring.

sticking resolutely to our defensive plans, we played an outstanding game of offense and defense considering our injuries and now we look forward to the game with the teachers. ok so thats that! enough of FOS news..
